Whole Lamb Reservation

Deposit to reserve a whole lamb at the next available harvest (May 18, 2026). All 100% grass (and pumpkin) fed.

They’ve been selling out each harvest, so it’s a good idea to make your reservation as soon as you know, so you can get your lamb reserved.

(For local, Willamette Valley customers only. Will not ship. Must be able to pick up.)

How much can you expect to spend on a whole lamb?:
To me: $8/lb hanging weight (approx 60lbs) - $480
To the butcher: $180 slaughter fee
