I have beef shares still available for a steer raised right here on the farm. The harvest date will be May 18, 2026. Plan ahead for your freezer space now! Just like the sheep and ethos of this farm, they will be grass-fed/finished. The steer is a jersey mix which are known for flavorful and tender meat.
